Templates define the starting phases and steps for new clients. We ship three:
- Standard MSP — 5 phases, 15 steps. Discovery → Environment → Security → Integrations → Go-Live.
- HIPAA Healthcare — 5 phases, 18 steps. Adds risk assessment and compliance training.
- Quick Start — 3 phases, 9 steps. For straightforward small-business onboardings.
Per-client customization
Once a client is created, you can fully customize their journey on the Journey tab — change phase names, add/remove steps, set custom due dates. The original template stays untouched.
Building your own templates
Head to Templates and click New template. Give it a name, then add phases and the steps that live under each. Save. Next time you create a client, your template shows up alongside the built-ins in the picker.
To iterate on an existing custom template, hit Edit on its row. Changes only affect new clients — existing ones already have their own copy of the journey and won't be touched.
