Welcome to Onboardl.io. Here's the fastest path from new signup to a real client running in your portal.
1. Brand your portal
Go to Settings → Branding. Add your company name, logo, and brand color. Your clients see your branding front and center; Onboardl.io stays quiet in the background — Growth and Founding plans can hide the small “Powered by Onboardl.io” footer entirely.
2. Add your first project
From the dashboard or Projects, click + Add Project. Pick a template (Standard MSP is a good default), fill in the contact info, and submit. The system creates the project, phases, and steps based on the template you chose.
3. Send the portal invite
On the client's Overview tab, click 📧 Send Invite. Your client gets an email with your accent color in the body and a one-shot link to their portal — where your logo greets them the moment they land. The email itself goes out from our platform address, but Reply-To is set to your admin login email so anything they hit reply to lands in your inbox.
4. Track progress
As you complete steps on the Journey tab, the client's portal progress bar fills in real time. The dashboard's Runway view shows every active client's phase at a glance.
